I am having trouble reaching my website http://example.com/ from different networks. Are your nameservers working properly?

I checked your site and its DNS settings. Cloudflare’s nameservers are fully operational, and your domain example.com is pointing to the correct Cloudflare nameservers. Sometimes DNS changes take 24–48 hours to propagate, so if you recently updated your nameservers, it may take a little while before your site is reachable from all networks.

If your site is still unreachable from certain networks, you can try a few steps:

• Clear your browser or local DNS cache.
• Check with your domain registrar to ensure the nameservers match Cloudflare’s assigned ones.
• Verify that no firewall or local network is blocking access.

I first verified whether the problem was on Cloudflare’s side by checking system status, then confirmed the customer’s DNS settings and nameserver propagation using DNS lookup tools to ensure proper global resolution. To do this, I used Cloudflare Status to check for any ongoing service issues, dig / nslookup for command-line DNS verification, and DNS Checker to confirm global DNS propagation.
